We want you to love your damage-free lighting; if your renter-friendly fixtures aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging with all adhesive strips and mounting hardware included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the wall lights and all unused mounting accessories back into the original box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
